To become a seller on Dosturi, you must provide accurate and up-to-date business information. We reserve the right to verify your identity, shop location, and contact details before approving your merchant account.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. All items must be authentic, legally acquired, and match the descriptions and images provided.
Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe (usually 24-48 hours). If a product is out of stock, the seller must cancel the order immediately and update their inventory to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
The following items cannot be sold on Dosturi under any circumstances:
Dosturi charges a standard platform fee/commission on successful sales. The exact percentage depends on your product category. Payments to sellers are processed securely and disbursed on a regular schedule, subject to our clearance period.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your shop from the Dosturi platform. Dosturi holds the final decision on all policy enforcement matters.
